How to Meditate with Heart

Breathe slowly and rhythmically and deeply. Imagine that your heart is breathing. Feel the gratitude your heart has for giving it your breath and attention.
Your mind and heart and body are becoming one. Notice your emotional state, and notice any thoughts.
The way we listen to the heart is to find our heartbeat. The heartbeat is encoded with vital information for the whole body. It is the best bio-feedback system there is.
How do you feel now after doing this simple practice? Probably calmer and more centered, more aware of your inner emotional state.
